I 100% recommend this pillow for any combination side and back sleepers that wake up with neck pain, or toss and turn at night trying to form their regular pillow into something supportive for the position.
This was definitely way more expensive than what I thought a pillow should cost. But I couldn't take the pain anymore and made the impulse buy. When it arrived, I felt kinda ripped off for what seemd like just an oddly shaped memory foam pillow. But from night 1, I slept so well on both my back and sides. Both positions are extremely comfortable to me. The little depression for side sleeping seemed gimicky, but it cradles your head so well and is so supportive but not hard. Before this pillow, my neck cracked all day long and I had non-stop tension headaches (from computer work). My head and neck issues seem to be reduced approximately 80% now. If this pillow lasts at least 5 years, I have nothing but good things to say.

The only thing I don’t like about it is when I’m on my back I wish the neck support was greater and my head flatter.

I bought more than 10 pillows over the last year trying to help my neck pain. Most pillows did not fit my 5’4” frame. The Primo Air completely changed and resolved my neck pain. I still sleep on my side on the ends of the pillow with a pillow between my knees, however, when I do sleep on my back, the pillow perfectly aligns my neck and spine. Very very happy!

My acupuncturist highly recommended to try Kanuda pillow knowing that I'm suffering from migrane headaches that are likely coming from the neck issues . Since I have been using this pillow number of my headaches has been greatly reduced and severity dialed down. I'm so confident in this pillow that I take it with me when I travel. It fits into my carry-on when folded in half.
