Remember that it takes several days for the body to adjust to a new pillow. So we give you 30 nights to try our products in the comfort of your own home. If you decide KANUDA products aren’t for you, returns are free and easy within the contiguous U.S.

How Do Returns Work for the 30 Day Trial?

  • Your trial begins when your items are delivered. Contact us to initiate your return within your 30-night trial period. 
  • We will initiate the return process and email you a pre-paid return label. 
  • Prepare your package, attach the return label, and drop off your return. If you don't have the original packaging, any sturdy box will do.
  • Our team will try their best to donate your product to a charity or recycle it.
  • Your original form of payment will be refunded in full including all shipping fees. 
What About Exchanges?
  • If you decide to exchange your KANUDA product, please contact us. We’ll send you a return label for the existing product and help place a new order for your replacement product. 

Our 30 Day Trial Return Policy

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our products. If it doesn’t work out, you can return them for free and get a full refund for the product during the trial period. 

  • Free return shipping within the 30 Day policy is applicable within the contiguous U.S. only. If you are outside of the contiguous U.S., you will have to pay for the return shipping.
  • If you paid for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska or outside of the contiguous U.S., you will not get a refund for the shipping costs.  
  • Refunds will be credited back to your account within two weeks. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it without any damage and in its original packaging. Please use the same outer box that you received. If you have already thrown it away, use a box that is similar in size (not in a refrigerator box!) to save us on the return shipping cost. Customers may return a maximum of two items of the same product type.
  • Each customer is entitled to one trial period per product. If at least one of a particular product type is returned or exchanged from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional trials on subsequent orders of that particular product. If your product is returned completely unopened, however, a trial will still be available on your next purchase of that same product.
  • If you have purchased one of our products at one of our partner retailer stores, you can benefit from the say 30-night trial period. Please keep the original receipt as validation of purchase date to initiate the return process.
