The Kanuda Largo is our tallest orthopedic cervical pillow, designed for broader frames and those experiencing forward-head “tech-neck” posture. With an elevated occipital contour and added shoulder clearance, it realigns the cervical C-curve while relieving pressure in the neck and shoulders. Crafted from premium memory foam and guided by OCBR & CV4 therapy techniques, Largo provides ergonomic support for side and back sleepers, anchoring the head to reduce tossing and turning and restore restorative sleep.

Put your neck and head correctly.
The neckline should be adequately adjusted to the upper cervical area of the upper neck and the border of the back of the head.
Both sides are the parts used to sleep to the side. Put your head to the side of the pillow; this makes your head and neck horizontal. When lying down sideways using Kanuda pillow, your head and neck will be horizontal with the spine and minimize pressure to your shoulder, giving less pressure to your spine and will aid in sleeping.

Largo is amazing.
I've tried a couple other Kanuda pillows. The Piano and Primo. Although I reaaaaallly liked them they didn't keep me comfy or aligned throughout the night. Note that these pillows are so specific to each person's anatomy so they might work perfectly for you! I'm mainly a back sleeper, 5'8" athlete female and have very little C curve (am trying to gently get it back)....ALL the chiropractors doing ALL the things taking ALL my money...that never work (and why I no longer trust any). Instead, I needed soft, gentle support for hours a night that I am in control of. I'm grateful Kanuda has a 60 day exchange program so I swapped the Piano for the Largo and I've been loving it! It took me about a month to fully transition and interestingly you almost transition with the pillow, like I slept "lower on it at first, and now "higher"....as if it is guiding you...hard to explain but you will understand if you go through the process. Now like others, I can't really sleep "right" without it; my neck is happier, tinnitus improving and my C6 incorrect "bump" is much less prominent! I also believe it calms the CNS just like a good CST session. Kanuda's products are great quality, I have some of their traction devices as well and I truly think they all are helping; this is an ongoing realignment process that requires not just PM neck support but pectoral opening, trap relax, better lat strength, looser hamstrings, better low back curve, better day postures, etc. it's ALL CONNECTED. At last!
I am another individual with a bed littered with a ridiculous number of pillows. Many worked for a year or so but ultimately were tossed to the side while I went back to waking up with a sore neck. I was reluctant to spend this much money on a pillow I found on Instagram but it had a nice return policy so I took a chance. I postponed scheduling a chiropractor visit, assuming I'd need one during the trial period. It's been one week and I've slept better than I have in years. The first few minutes requires a little shifting to find the right spot but once I'm there, I sleep well through the night and haven't needed to schedule that chiropractor visit. I also purchased the Head Nap: Cervical Traction Device which I've used twice for 10 minutes after spending too much time with my head over my phone. Ten minutes and my neck relaxes and the discomfort goes away. Believe me - I was skeptical about both but I'm so glad I took a chance. Please keep making these pillows - I don't ever want to start the search again!

A great pillow to relax after a hard day, after it you don’t want to sleep in a regular pillow at all. I’ve been sleeping for almost a year and I’m very happy. Now even my husband sometimes lends. I recommend it, you won’t regret it

Do you offer a financing program?

Do Kanuda products come with a free trial?

We believe you should sleep on your pillow to decide if you want it. It can take up to 60 nights for your body to adjust to a new pillow, so if you are not 100% satisfied after the first few weeks of adjustment period, returns are easy.

If you do decide to return the products, please contact us at hello@kanudausa.com, and we will send you a prepaid return label, which you can use to send back to us for a flat $15 return shipping fee. Once the product is received on our end, your original form of payment will be refunded(minus the $15 shipping fee).

Which sleeping positions are Kanuda pillows designed for?

KANUDA pillows are designed specifically for optimal neck alignment for side and back sleeping positions. Our products have also been crafted meticulously to make it easy for you to roll from one side to another as research shows that nearly everyone shifts during the night.

Unfortunately our products are not designed for stomach sleepers. While the stomach sleeping position cannot be avoided for some, it is generally best to sleep on your side or your back to maintain a neutral spine position and avoid taxing your back and neck.

How long does it take to adjust to a new pillow?

While many of our customers immediately feel better upon usage of our pillows, some go through an adaptation period, getting used to the correct posture.

Continue sleeping on the pillow even if it feels uncomfortable at first, give it 1-3weeks and see how you feel. Just like how we all need some time to break a bad habit, give your neck some time to adjust.

How do I clean my KANUDA pillow?

How firm are KANUDA pillows?

Kanuda pillows uses a proprietary foam that is specifically designed to support a neutral spine and neck position all night long and over many years of use. As such, our pillows tend to be slightly firmer than most. Our customers describe our pillows as striking a great balance between firmness and support.

Are Kanuda pillows eligible for FSA/ HSA/ HRA?

Kanuda pillows are eligible for reimbursement with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from a medical professional with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA).

Cervical pillow reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA).
