How to use
Place the Lumbar Traction Nap on the floor. Lie down on your back so that the sacrum groove on the nap is positioned directly underneath your Sacrum. Your Sacrum is where the bottom of your back transitions to your hips. Please refer to the below image.
Move and adjust the position of the nap so that the nap is appropriately fitted to the curve of your back down to your sacrum.
Depending on your comfort level, stay in this position for anywhere between 10 to 40 minutes. Do not use the nap for more than 1 hour.
