I love this product! If I have a tension headache, I will use this and it helps so much. I use it for about 10-15 minutes most nights before I go to bed. It helps get the kinks out of my neck. I’m so glad I purchased.

This pillow is strange looking but it performs well in all ways. I have been using it for over two months and find that my neck and shoulder pain have completely disappeared. The pillow accommodates back sleepers as well as side sleepers. It is very easy to switch from one position to the another and adjust head position to the appropriate portion of the pillow. The pillow is very comfortable in all three positions, back, right, and left side. I think the company could be a little more detailed in their set up and use instructions. The pillow is used without pillowcase, which is not explicit in the directions. Also they could be a little more detail as far as the spacer at the bottom of the pillow. once I got used to sleeping with this pillow, I doubt that I will ever use another kind of pillow.
