Primo Air – Elevated, Soft Support
Medium High Support
Elevated cervical support with a soft, balanced feel.
Rounded Head Shape
Designed for slightly pronounced back-of-head profiles.
Medium Soft
A softer entry point for those new to cervical pillows.
40+ Ventilation Holes
Airflow channels help release heat through the night.
Restoration or compensation. Your pillow decides.
When the cervical curve isn't properly held, the surrounding muscles don't rest—they work overnight.
Proper alignment gives them the time to recover. And the mornings start to change.
Back or Side, the support follows.
Back Sleep
Traditional pillows are soft and flat—no structure, no support. Kanuda's unique contours hold your head and neck in alignment through the night.
Side Sleep
Most pillows leave a gap between the ear and shoulder. Kanuda's elevated side support wings fill it—reducing tension in the neck, jaw, and shoulders.
Designed for Every Body
The right pillow isn't the most popular one. It's the one built for you.
Support Without Compromise
Tensegrity Foam holds its shape all night—firm enough to correct, gentle enough to sleep on.
Reduces Neck Wrinkles
Proper cervical support reduces nightly compression at the neck—where visible aging begins.
Slightly Rounded
A balanced head shape needs moderate cradle depth to maintain neutral alignment.
Best Fit: Primo Air
Rounded
A prominent head shape requires more cradle depth to maintain neutral alignment.
Best Fit: Piano Air
Flatter
A flatter head shape requires elevated head support to maintain neutral alignment.
Best Fit: Largo
Longer Neck
A longer neck structure requires elevated cervical support to maintain neutral alignment.
Best Fit: Andante
Like retainers for your neck.
Kanuda isn't designed to feel like your old pillow. It's designed to align. And alignment takes time, as what took years to lose won't return overnight.
Most people who get through the adjustment period say the same thing: they can't go back. Because once your body knows what proper support feels like, a regular pillow never feels the same again.
“I have pinched nerves at C5 and C6, which caused neck pain and numbness in hands. I tried the cheaper pillows similar in design, they helped but do not last long. So I finally ordered a Kanuda Primo Air pillow.
The quality is great, I have been using it for 6 months. My numbness is gone and neck feels great. The pillow really does let you shift from back sleeper to left or right side sleeper, without effort. I recently bought the Kanuda Piano Air too.
”
“It took me a long time to get used to this pillow as I retrained from being a side sleeper to sleeping more on my back. The pillow allows for side sleeping, but it clearly wants you on your back.
The headaches and stiff neck I used to wake up with are largely gone, and after months of use, my posture genuinely feels better. I “hated” using it at first, but I love what it’s doing for me—it’s a long process, but well worth it in the end.
”
“I have a chronic neck issue that I have not been able to resolve but my therapy includes having good support for my neck when sleeping.
This is my favorite pillow. I have bought like 30 pillows trying to find the right one but this one I won't trade for anything. I waited a long time to buy because the cost is so much but I got some family to pitch in for my birthday and the rest is history.
”
“I've tried at least half a dozen pricey pillows and been disappointed. Shredded latex foam was the closest, but I would wake every night and readjust the filling. Buckwheat, memory foams, contoured and flat — all fell short. I wanted support for back sleeping with a bit of lateral height so that I could turn my head slightly.
The Primo Air met all these needs perfectly. I wouldn't have guessed how well this would work. I've purchased the travel version and would not hesitate to buy another Primo if, heaven forbid, something happened to mine.

I have chronic neck, shoulder, and upper back pain. The orthopedic pillows are comfortable and supportive. There’s a pad for height adjustment. Comes with a 60 day sleep trial. I also use the spinal nap daily to help with neck and upper back tension. Great customer service if you need help finding the right pillow!

I’ve been trying to get to the bottom of my sleep issues that include TMJ, insomnia, sleep apnea, head, neck, hip,and shoulder pain. After years of searching for answers, I know these things are all interconnected. Keeping my head and neck and shoulders and alignment at night has been crucial. Before the Kaunda pillow, I was unable to achieve those types of results at night. I highly recommend this pillow if you are on a journey to heal from issues as severe as mine. I highly recommend (massage) in addition to this pillow. Without the pillow, my massages would be useless. I have hope that in the long-term, my posture and alignment will heal, and I will finally get a full nights rest as the norm, thanks to this pillow and the other efforts I am making.

I received the pillow a couple days ago. Two nights sleeping with the Andante and both nights full, no waking up for the bathroom! The company mentions it can take a little while to adjust so I am looking forward to even better nights! If I do not wake up that means I have a restful night! AMAZING!

After a ski accident at age 19, I have had a lifetime of neck issues that grew into severe nerve pain and immobility. Rolfing, chiropractic, and acupuncture all helped me hold the problem at bay for the last 50 years. Recently, the nervy pain returned and I began to worry that surgery was in my future. Before visiting specialists, I bought the highly recommended Kanuda pillow. After about one week of use, my pain left and has not returned. The only trouble I have with the pillow is that I am a side sleeper, and sleeping on my side with the Kanuda pillow is not very comfortable for me, although the company tells you that you can do it safely and how to use the pillow correctly if on your side. I had been suspecteing that I was hurting my neck in my sleep.. and since using the Kanuda, my fears proved to be true. The pillow keeps me stable on my back and seems to be resolving the issue of nighttime damage by preventing me from flopping and twisting in my sleep. I have been pain free in my neck for several months now. I am very convinced that the Kanuda pillow is a simple solution to a very worrisome problem. I am a lean, long-necked, 5' 7.5" tall, 76-year-old female. I consider myself very fortunate that my acupuncturist recommended trying this pillow. I bought the Andante pillow.

I was hooked by the concept of feeling like having hands to hold your head up so I got one to try it out. The first model I got was a little too high so I requested for an exchange. The process was super easy and now I’m happy with this new pillow and it does feel like someone holding up my head. Probably will buy one more when they have the petite version again
