Timeline & Expectations

Most pillows feel familiar from night one. Kanuda isn't most pillows. It's built to restore alignment—and what took years to lose won't return in a week.

Here's what to expect in the first month.

What to Expect

WEEK 1

1 in 6 people notice a difference right away.

The first few nights may feel unfamiliar—firmer and more intentionally contoured than what you're used to.

This isn’t a problem. It’s your cervical spine encountering proper support, possibly for the first time.

WEEK 2

1 in 2 people report improvement after the second week.

Sleep starts to feel less interrupted. Morning tension in the neck and shoulders begins to ease.

Some nights still feel different—that's the adjustment, not a sign it isn't working.

Month 1

9 in 10 people are satisfied with their experience by month one.

Support starts to feel natural. Sleep more consistent. Mornings lighter, and your neck is no longer something you have to think about.

Getting the placement right

The Kanuda logo faces toward you. This ensures the contours are positioned correctly for your head, neck, and shoulders.

Finding your height

Each pillow includes a height pad. If you need more support, insert it inside the pillowcase beneath the pillow.

Small adjustments make a meaningful difference.

Sleep Positions

Back sleepers — Rest your head in the contoured curve, designed to support your cervical spine’s natural alignment.

Side sleepers — Use the firmer support on each side to keep your head, neck, and shoulders in neutral alignment through the night.

Pillow Cover

The pillowcase is removable and washable. Machine wash or hand wash with mild detergent, then air dry.

Do not tumble dry, as heat may affect the fabric and fit.

Remember: the front of the pillow features a subtle neck support curve. Keep this side facing toward you.

Alignment first.
Comfort follows.
