I ordered two pillows—the Piano Air and the Primo Air. I started with the Piano Air. The first night, I woke up with horrible neck pain (worse than normal), but I slept on the Piano again a second night, and it was the best night's sleep I've had in years. Best of all, I woke up with zero neck pain. I slept on the Piano for one week before trying out the Primo. I eventually decided to keep the Primo instead, but I still think the Piano is an excellent pillow. My reason for returning it is that, when sleeping on my side, I found it uncomfortable—my ear hurt, and my spine alignment wasn't quite right. On my back, the Piano did keep my head lower to the mattress and, therefore, it felt like my spine was better aligned, but it still wasn't as comfortable as the Primo. If you primarily sleep on your back, I would definitely give the Piano a try. If the Primo weren't available, I would definitely be keeping the Piano. It's a really amazing pillow.

I had been suffering from a pain just below my neck near my right shoulder. Dizziness and brain fog would vary with the amount of neck pain I was having.
Within 2 days of sleeping with the Piano Air, I started to see results. Now, after a couple months, the dizziness is down about 80% and the neck pain is nearly gone.
I did have a little bit of soreness for the first few days at the bottom of my neck. It went away quickly. It was likely from sleeping in such a different position than I had for years.
