Kanuda Pillow: What to Expect

✅ Tip: Consistency is key. Give your body time to adapt, and you’ll soon feel the restorative effects of proper support.

1 Day

The pillow may feel unusual or slightly firm as your body adjusts to proper alignment.

About 1 in 6 users (16%) — notice positive changes right away, but it’s normal if you don’t.

1 Week

By the end of the first week, many users report less restlessness, lighter neck and shoulder tension, and more refreshing sleep.

Around half of customers (51%) say they feel clear improvements within this first week.

1 Month

By one month, the pillow usually feels more natural. Most users describe uninterrupted sleep, better posture, and relief from neck pain.

At this stage, over 9 in 10 purchasers (92%) report being happy with their experience.

3 Months

After three months of consistent use, Kanuda often becomes indispensable—many find it hard to go back to a regular pillow.

Around 97% of customers are satisfied by this point.

Placement

  • • Position the pillow so the Kanuda logo faces your body.
  • • This ensures the contours are aligned with the natural shape of your head, neck, and shoulders.

Height Layer Adjustment

  • • Each pillow includes a Height Layer insert.
  • • Place it inside the pillow cover, underneath the pillow.
  • • Adjust or remove the Height Layer as needed to find your ideal height and comfort. We recommend trying the pillow without the layer initially.

Sleep Positions

  • Back Sleep: Rest your head on the contoured curve to support natural alignment of the neck and spine.

  • Side Sleep: Use the firmer sides of the pillow for steady support of your neck and shoulders.

Pillow Cover

  • • Kanuda pillow covers are removable and washable.
  • • We recommend gentle machine wash or hand wash with mild detergent.
  • • Always air-dry only—do not tumble dry, as heat may damage the fabric or alter its fit.
  • • Remember that the front side of the pillow has the Kanuda logo and features a slight convex indentation curve designed to support your neck.
  • • Following these steps will help keep your pillow cover clean, soft, and long-lasting.
