Our Kanuda Pillow Return Policy (Updated: Dec 30, 2025 10:25am PST)

 

Adaptation Period

While many of our customers feel immediate relief when using our pillows, some experience an initial adjustment period as their body adapts to improved posture and alignment.

If the pillow feels uncomfortable at first, we recommend continuing use for up to 30 days. Just as correcting a long-standing habit takes time, your neck and spine may need time to adjust to proper support—especially if you’ve been sleeping on a non-orthopedic pillow and your body is adapting to a new level of alignment and support.

If you’re still not satisfied after this period, we offer a 60-day return policy from the date you receive your item (contiguous U.S. only). This extended window is designed to give you ample time to try the pillow and evaluate how it feels over time.


Return Policy Overview

  • Returns must be requested within 60 days of delivery

  • All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee—$30 for orders over $150 and $20 for orders under $150.

  • Shipping insurance is non-refundable

This restocking fee helps offset rising logistics, handling, and sanitation costs, and allows us to continue offering a fair return window while preventing misuse of the policy.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned undamaged, in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Original Packaging Requirement

Please return the item using the original outer box. If the original box is no longer available, you must use a box of similar size (please, no oversized boxes such as refrigerator boxes). This helps us manage return shipping and handling costs efficiently.


Bundle & Promotional Sets

If you purchased a bundle set at a discounted price during a promotion and choose to return only part of the bundle:

  • The promotional discount will be voided

  • Remaining items will be charged at full retail price


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Visit [Return Portal Page]

  2. Enter your order number and email address

  3. Once approved, you will receive:

    • A return shipping label

    • Detailed return instructions via email

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

  • We offer one complimentary exchange for eligible items

  • Any additional exchange is subject to a $30 restocking fee

  • After two total exchanges, the order is no longer eligible for a refund


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time depends on your bank or credit card provider


International Returns

At this time, we do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.

We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as we cannot accept C.O.D. returns.


Return Limitations & Policy Abuse Prevention

To maintain fairness and product integrity:

  • Customers are limited to one return per SKU per order
    (Each bundle set counts as one SKU)

  • If multiple quantities of the same SKU are purchased, only one unit is eligible for return

  • Repeated or suspicious return activity may result in:

    • Denial of future return requests

    • Restriction of return privileges
