We offer a 60-day return or exchange window—because real results take time. Adjusting to a new orthopedic product can feel unfamiliar in the first few weeks. What feels firm or unusual at first is often your body beginning to realign. We encourage you to give it at least 3–4 weeks of consistent use before making a final decision, and recommend trying an exchange first if something doesn't feel right.
Our 60-day policy applies to the contiguous US only. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, or outside the contiguous US are responsible for return shipping cost and will not receive a refund on original shipping costs.

Checkout+ — Free Return/Exchange Coverage
At checkout, you'll have the option to add Checkout+ for a small fee. Purchasing Checkout+ covers your return fee entirely, so if you ever need to return or exchange, there are no additional charges—no matter the outcome. It's a simple way to shop with confidence from day one.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is through Instant Exchange. Instead of waiting for your return to be processed, you can select your new item right away. We'll place a temporary hold on your card for the value of the returned item—no charge is made as long as your original item is on its way back to us within the return window. Your new order ships immediately, so there's no waiting and no risk of missing out on inventory.
Bundle & Promotional Orders
If your order included a bundle or promotional discount, your refund is based on what you keep — you'll receive back everything you paid, minus the retail price of any items you're holding onto.
Examples:
- You purchased 2 Primo Air pillows and a Head Nap at 20% off for $414.40. You return one Primo Air but keep the other ($259) and the Head Nap ($99). Your refund would be $414.40 − $259 − $99 = $56.40.
- You purchased 2 Primo Air pillows and a Head Nap at 20% off for $414.40. You return both Primo Airs but keep the Head Nap ($99). Your refund would be $414.40 − $99 = $315.40.
- You purchased a Head Nap ($99) and Lumbar Nap ($109) at 15% off for $176.80. You return the Head Nap but keep the Lumbar Nap ($109). Your refund would be $176.80 − $109 = $67.80.
If you return everything included in your bundle, you'll receive a full refund of what you paid.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received at our facility, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. If the returned item arrives damaged or incomplete, we may need to reach out before finalizing the refund. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the amount.
