Our Kanuda Pillow Return Policy (Updated: August 7, 2023 8:53pm PST)


While many of our customers immediately feel better upon usage of our pillows, some go through an adaptation period, getting used to the correct posture.

Continue using the pillow even if it feels uncomfortable at first, give it 2-3 weeks and see how you feel. Just like how we all need some time to break a bad habit, give your neck some time to adjust. 

If you are still not satisfied, we have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return (in the contiguous U.S. only).

Return Eligibility:

  1. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  2. A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for the return to be processed.

Original Packaging Requirement: Please ensure the item is sent back in the original outer box. If this box has been disposed of, you must use a box of similar size for the return (please, no refrigerator boxes!). This helps us keep return shipping costs down.

**Important: A $15 fee will be deducted from your refund if the original packaging is not used for the return. This fee compensates for additional handling costs incurred by returns without the original box.

Bundle Sets offered as part of special promotions: If you purchase a bundle set at a discounted price during our special promotions and decide to return only part of the set, the discount will be voided and the price of the remaining items will be charged as full-priced items. 

To start a return, please access this page and input your order number and email address. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return label in your email, as well as instructions on how to and where to send your package. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We offer a one-time exchange option for eligible items. After two exchanges have been made, we are no longer able to offer a refund.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please be advised that the $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return for customers within the contiguous US.

You have 60 calendar days to request a return of your Kanuda Pillow from the date of purchase. We recommend sleeping on your exclusive Kanuda Pillow for at least 2-3 weeks to allow your body to properly adjust.

International Returns

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not provide return labels for international orders. Please send our eligible return to:

All returns must be sent with prepaid postage; we do not accept C.O.D. We recommend using a traceable method to ship back your return.

Limitations on Returns

To maintain the integrity of our return policy and ensure fairness to all customers, the following limitations apply:

  1. Customers are limited to a maximum of one return per SKU per order(each bundle set as 1 SKU). If you’ve purchased multiple quantities of the same SKU, only one of those items can be returned. This ensures customers genuinely interested in trying out our product have the opportunity without the misuse of our return policies.
  2. Any suspected abuse of our return policy, including but not limited to, repeated returns from the same customer or address, may result in refusal of future return requests.
