How's your back?

Millions of people suffer from lower back pain and postural issues. The causes vary, but often times it can be traced back to a lack of support for the lower back.

Meet Kanuda Lumbar Nap

Sacral still point lumbar traction nap is designed to stretch your lower back with its natural bending lumbar spine curvature and apply pressure to the the sacral still point at sacrum to induce circulation of CSF.

Effect of the Lumbar Nap

Provide gentle stretching of the spine to relieve tension in the lower back muscles

Reduce lower back pain

Restore your spine's natural lumbar curve to the correct posture

Relax connective tissues around the lower back, spinal, and throughout the body

Improve the range of motion in the hips

How to use

Place the Lumbar Traction Nap on the floor. Lie down on your back so that the sacrum groove on the nap is positioned directly underneath your Sacrum. Your Sacrum is where the bottom of your back transitions to your hips. Please refer to the below image.

Move and adjust the position of the nap so that the nap is appropriately fitted to the curve of your back down to your sacrum.

Depending on your comfort level, stay in this position for anywhere between 10 to 40 minutes. Do not use the nap for more than 1 hour.
